Founded in 2004, the partnership of David Flores and Mack Harper originated from our shared belief that a construction venture can and should be a mutually successful and beneficial endeavor for all participants.

Flores & Harper Construction Co. is a small, licensed and bondable general contractor located in the Tampa Bay area which has between its' principled owners over forty years of combined construction experience, specializing in commercial and industrial projects delivered throughout the State of Florida under a design-build, development, negotiated or competitive bid method.

Our management style can truly be defined as "hands on".  Either of us will personally be involved with the day to day activities of your project during the initial planning and on through to completion.
