Flores & Harper Construction Co. is a fully insured, licensed and bondable general contractor located in the Tampa Bay area which has between its' principled owners over forty years of combined construction experience, specializing in new and renovated commercial and industrial projects delivered throughout the State of Florida under a design-build, development, negotiated or competitive bid method.

Our management style can truly be defined as "hands on".  Either of us will personally be involved with the day to day activities of your project during the initial planning and on through to completion.
